The Role

We're looking for a freelance business developer to identify, pursue, and close new opportunities. You'll own outreach, partnership development, and deal structuring — bringing in clients, collaborators, and strategic relationships that expand what Astrona can build.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business and partnership opportunities – Lead outreach, pitch calls, and proposal development – Negotiate and close partnership agreements and project scopes – Build and maintain a pipeline of warm relationships – Represent Astrona at Web3 events, conferences, and online forums – Collaborate with the team to define service offerings and pricing – Track pipeline activity and report on BD metrics

Required Stack & Skills

• Proven BD or sales experience in Web3, crypto, or tech services – Strong outbound communication skills (email, Twitter, Telegram) – Ability to pitch complex technical services in plain language – Experience managing a CRM and deal pipeline – Confident in negotiations and contract discussions – Genuine network within the Web3 ecosystem

• Existing relationships with Web3 protocols, DAOs, or funds – Experience closing deals in creative services, dev studios, or agencies – Familiarity with token structures, grants, and Web3 funding ecosystems – Background in both inbound and outbound BD motions
