Required Stack & Skills

– Design Tools: Figma – Sketch – Adobe Creative Suite – UX: Journey mapping – wireframing – prototyping – UX writing basics – UI: Layout – hierarchy – consistency – responsiveness – Collaboration: Notion – Slack – GitHub (for dev handoff) – Crypto Native Fluency: Wallet flows – token logic – dApp design patterns

Bonus Points

– Experience designing for mobile-first crypto apps – Motion or interaction design experience – Familiarity with Web3 onboarding challenges and solutions – Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

You’re a Good Fit If You

– Can turn complexity into clarity – Care about polish and function equally – Are comfortable working closely with developers – Have a crypto wallet and know your way around at least a few dApps – Have a strong portfolio showing thoughtful UX and clean UI
