The Role

We're looking for a freelance marketing manager to own go-to-market strategy, campaign execution, and brand growth across digital channels. You'll work across content, paid, social, and partnerships to drive awareness, user acquisition, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies – Manage social media presence and content calendars – Plan and run paid campaigns (Twitter/X, Google, crypto-native networks) – Coordinate with design and content teams on creative assets – Drive influencer partnerships and co-marketing opportunities – Track KPIs and report on campaign performance – Identify growth opportunities in new channels and markets

Required Stack & Skills

• 3+ years of marketing experience in Web3, crypto, or tech – Proficiency with analytics tools: Google Analytics – Mixpanel – Dune – Experience managing social media at a brand level – Strong copywriting and messaging skills – Familiarity with paid media platforms and campaign optimization – Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
