We’re a creative studio working at the intersection of crypto, tech, and design. Our work spans experimental dApps, protocol integrations, NFT ecosystems, and Web3-first products. Every project is different — some are sprints, some become long-term builds. We stay lean, adapt fast, and collaborate with talented freelancers to bring bold ideas to life.

The Role

We’re looking for a versatile multimedia designer who can bring energy and polish to the visual side of Web3. You’ll create everything from motion graphics and explainers to launch assets, reels, animations, and marketing visuals. You should be fluent in crypto culture, have a strong sense of timing and composition, and know how to tell a product story visually.

Responsibilities

– Design and animate motion graphics for products, social, and explainer content – Create launch visuals, branding assets, and visual identity elements – Work on video teasers, reels, and narrative content for announcements – Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and devs to align visuals with product messaging – Help shape the look and feel of emerging products and protocols – Maintain consistency across formats and output types

Required Stack & Skills

– Motion & Animation: After Effects – Premiere – Figma – Lottie – or similar – Design: Illustrator – Photoshop – Figma – Canva – asset creation – Editing: Basic video editing – sequencing – transitions – subtitles – Web3 Literacy: You understand crypto UX and visual culture – Delivery: Able to package assets for dev handoff or use across social/web

Bonus Points

– 3D or AR design (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) – Experience with animated SVGs or Lottie for web use – Designing for Discord, Telegram, and community rollouts – Creating modular design systems or brand kits
