The Role

We're looking for a freelance product manager who can translate vision into execution. You'll own product roadmaps, prioritize features, align cross-functional teams, and ensure we're building the right things — fast. Bonus if you understand on-chain dynamics and the unique UX constraints of Web3.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals – Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria – Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders – Run sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives – Gather and prioritize user feedback and market insights – Define and track key product metrics – Identify bottlenecks and keep projects moving

• Proven PM experience in a startup or agency environment – Proficiency with project tools: Notion – Linear – Jira – Figma – Strong written and verbal communication – Ability to write detailed specs and PRDs – Data-driven mindset — comfortable with analytics and dashboards – Understanding of agile/scrum methodologies

• Previous experience shipping Web3 or crypto products – Familiarity with smart contract flows and on-chain UX constraints – Experience with community-driven or DAO-governed products – Background in both B2B and B2C product contexts
