The Role

We're looking for a freelance project manager to keep complex, multi-track deliverables on time and on budget. You'll be the operational backbone of projects — coordinating talent, managing timelines, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones – Coordinate across design, development, and marketing workstreams – Manage client and stakeholder communications – Identify and mitigate risks before they become blockers – Run daily stand-ups and weekly status reports – Maintain clear documentation and project retrospectives – Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines

Required Stack & Skills

• Proven experience managing creative or tech projects – Proficiency with: Notion – Asana – ClickUp – or similar – Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects – Experience with remote, async-first teams – Comfortable with both agile sprints and milestone-based scopes
